We put on most listings 10+ pictures. Please go back to the listing and you will see a tab under the main picture that says "RV Images 1" and "RV Images 2" and so forth. Click on the "RV Images 2" and more pictures will pop up.
What type of fees other than the sale price do you have?
None. You heard it right. We get to the point. Like some other competitors they like to tack on ridiculous doc fees. Why should you have to pay for work we have to do anyway. The price we quote you is the price you pay.
My credit is not the best, can I qualify for a new or used RV?
We work with all types of credit. We have several financial institutions we submit your application to. It's easy to apply. Go to the fifth wheel, travel trailer, truck camper or boat and click on "Credit Application". You application is securely sent to us. If you would prefer, we can fax you a credit application or stop on in and see our finance department.
I don't see what I am looking for on your website; do you have more inventory coming in?
Our inventory changes about every day; especially in the summer time. We get new units in all the time as well as great pre-owned RV's. If it is a new unit, we can order it for you. If it is a used unit, we can put you on our list and when one comes in that you're looking for we will give you a call.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes! We are always looking for good trade-ins. When calling, tell one of our sales specialists that you have a trade in. Make sure you have the correct year, make, model and any payoff amount you may have. Most times we give you more than if you were to try to sell it yourself.
I have had a bad experience with a salesman. He/She was pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. How do you handle your customers?
We have been doing this for 35 years and our reputation shows it. We are not pushy. Looking and buying an RV is fun. We let you look around for as long as you need, we may check on you from time to time to see if you have any questions or need help. We will never be pushy or try any sales tactics to confuse you. Again, you are why we are here. We will treat you like family.
If I purchase an RV from you, do you have a service center?
Yes! We have a 5000 sq. ft. shop that has several full time techs ready to help. We service everything we sell, new or used. Need parts? We have a nice selection in our store. If we don't have it, we can try to get it.
